I have been trying to speak to someone from the call centre, now especially a manager, which is in a meeting all of a sudden when I wished to speak to him/her. Holding on and going through to the one person and department and the next.
My account is in arrears, yes, but there is an arrangement to pay the arrears via another d/o on the same date. I was told that the hunting or tracking would be removed to prevent another incident as the first one, which ended n me being charged by my bank R115.00 every returned d/o. Now requesting a refund for this third d/o which is not even supposed to try to deduct from my account, they say there is no one that can help me with this. This is discrimination, because I have an arrangement to pay the arrears off, and feel this is an error which could have been prevented!!
Therefore I want my R115.00 refunded immediately or I will have to seek legal action.
