Dear FNB
I would like to bring to your attention what I encountered at your branch in Thohoyandou. It was the first time I had to go and use the tellers in Thohoyandou and to tell you the truth I am very disappointed with FNB. I got at the Branch around 13h30 and left around 16h00, the queues were very long the branch was packed in such a way that I could not see the floor. I stood there for about 30min before I decided to go check what was causing the delay. When I got to the front I saw that there was only one teller who was working. People on the queues were about 30 to 40 and one teller was helping. I mean what happened to "how can we help you" at FNB. Does this only happen at the big cities? Are people in Thohoyandou not important to you? Our poor grandmothers and grandfathers, some of them were even sitting on the floor while waiting to be helped. Surely there is something you can do about this. If you do not believe me go there without notifying anyone one so that you can see for yourself. Apparently it is like that every month end and on the 15th of every month. If you know your branch is busy on weekend/month end why don't you get more people to help your custom.
