I was treated like nothing/bad service experience

I bought a bianca bedroom suit in the 08/07/2013 at russel store in johannrsburg kerk street, I was told that the stock its available and delivery will be done during that week which was never happened, after a week I called the dtore at kerk and was told that the thohoyandou branch is the one which is delaying, I made fillow up myself by calling thohoyandou branch and was told that they don't have stock and the bedroom suit it has been discountinued, I called kerk store to ask them that what is going on because I'm getting the different stories from thohoyandou. I was told that follow up will be done, I waited for the feedback and no onr call me for the whole week, on Monday 22/07/2013 I went to the shop to request for my refund but the stock clerk and the assistant who helped me during purchase told me to gave them until Wednesday as thohoyandou store agreed to them that they will collect the stock from tzaneen warehouse on Tuesday 24/07/2013, on the 25/07/2013 I went to the store to request my refund but the sales assistant who helped me when I was doing purchase told me that I have to follow process, eventhough I'm younger than them I believe that I deserve better service than the one I
