I was deeply disappointed when I walked into the Musina FNB branch only to find out that the queue to the Tellers had approximately 22 to 23 people and only one teller was working at the time. It was 12:30 by the time I entered and I only got to the Teller 14:17, I was surprised that it takes hour 47min for a customer to get help in a bank of such huge magnitude as FNB. The branch has one automated teller machine which accepts deposits and at the time the machine was jamming because of the number of deposits being made.
