Why only ONE?

Every Friday I go into the Kleinmond branch to do wages and there is always only ONE teller! Why???!!! Surely when it's month end and Friday they should have at least two people assisting the public at the teller points. They recently revamped the branch. I would prefer a shabby branch and better service. Why couldn't they rather spend that money on a tellers salary. Surely our outrageous bank charges can employ one more person?
