Hi. I been with standard bank for as long as i can remember. About two years ago my bank card did get cloned and i have notified the bank but they only refunded me 50% of the withdrawal that was not done by myself. The reason i chose to bank with you guys is for security of my money which you clearly failed to do and bare in mind that i am up until today paying you full installments. My money was in your hands and i believe i should get a full refund! I recently had problems with cellphone banking. I did go into the Umhlanga branch and i was assisted and been put through on the phone to the department that handles such cases and the guy said it would be under investigation and i would receive feedback within 7 working days which i had not even got a text from you guys to let me know whats happening. I requested a new bank card and not even that could be done which im now having problems to withdraw money from atms. I asked the lady if i aprove for a credit card and she couldnt give me an answer. So there was 3 complaints at the branch and none of them solved! Pathetic service and will change my bank in the near future. Unhappy and in disgust onto how you guys show value to customers
