FNB The Grove has no Order!

I have been to FNB The Grove multiple times, and each time I turn around and go back home because there is just chaos, There is no line of order and you never know where to go, and The Lines are always so long, So now after a busy day you have to slip out at work to come and quickly stand in line which takes 1-2 hours! I think this is very Bad! FNB is suppose to be a service, but they are just a frustration!

Everytime I got to this branch and most branches are the same, There was more than 10 people in line and there have never been more than 2 people helping customers! so really its just pathetic, don't tell me FNB can't afford employees to help customers!
