Hi i called the call centre on 087 575 9404 spoke to the above call centre agent at a contact centre based in Randburg under the supervision of team leader Molete. I simply requested info from my bank and after being Put back and forth on hold after 15 mins i was told that they cant help me i have to contact the other bank!! Is this the service FNB strive for? i have my account with fnb for 10 years and its appalling the service received. I just wanted to know if a transaction is made from a standard bank account on the 28 of March and the 29 March is a public holiday will this money reflect in my account on friday so that i may buy my kids Easter things that's all!! was that so hard to understand. i mean if i cant ask my bank a banking question who should i ask? the POPE??? please somebody get back to me with an answer highly annoyed that my question has still not been answered.
