Hi
Allow me to express my frustration at the service level received from your branch at Vangate.
Yesterday morning my mom visited your branch for a statement at which she was told that she needed her bank card from reception, she then contacted me to advise me of this and I insisted that she tell them that she has her I'd and that she ia able to get a statement without her card, after I have confirmed it with friends of mine that works is the same field. She then had to stand in a extremely long line for assistance and was eventually helped.
And that's just the start I later visited the branch so that I'm able to increase my withdrawal limit and was asked to join a long line at enquiries with only 3 consultants and only 2 at the tellers counters who even had a longer line during what I deem the most busiest time 1pm- 2pm. I then asked if I could speak to the manger (wish not mention her name) to as why during the busiest time of the day this was happening, she apologised and said that she will send 2 more people over I then went and joined the line again. 15 mins later I person came to help out only for another to leave the enquiries counter.
