I ordered a new debit card online about a month ago, went into the bank to see if the card is ready. Was informed that I need to re apply through the bank and get a temp card since the existing one is damaged, I was happy to do that. I was then informed that my company registration documents were not at that branch and I must return with them. I find this most pathetic since erm fnb is the branch at witch the account has been held since opened, and I have ordered cards and taken care of other issues through that branch before without any problems. I spent the whole morning waiting in the que to be upset by this. Why in the first place is my card not ready since it was ordered a while back, why no correspondence regarding that, why are my company registration docs not their. Why does the consultant treat me in such a bad way? I still have not made any progress in getting a new card after waisting a lot of time. Why have, offer those services if they are ineffective, fnb is waisting my time that i do not have to waist. I am upset with the shoddy service and no organization from FNB, it seems that the approach to customer service is from bad to worse.
