Bad service, unprofessional lazy staff

On Saturday i went to your Green Stone branch, the lady working at the watch counter helped us since I was buying a watch for someone. When I wanted to pay with my edgars card the lady said that my account has been blocked. Knowing I have no outstanding payments instead I pay in advance, I asked her what the matter was and she said she does not know I need to go to customer service, and as everyone knows it is chaos in the shopping centers this time of year. I went to another store on Wednesday and they could not tell me what the problem was. So I phoned customer services and I spoke to a lady who cant even speak proper English, with a bad attitude, so I find out that I have to update my details, she said I cannot confirm it over the phone but also does not tell me what I must take into the store to update details. Cant believe that they don't even have a system warning you that your account will be blocked because they need to update details. Also apparently the lady at the counter at Green stone was supposed to update my details while I was there. Now I need to stand in a queue for 2 hours to update my details this time of the year. This is pathetic. Terrible service.
