Cellphone Insurance claim has no progress

I lost my phone on the 14/03/2013 called the insurance on the 16/03/2013 and an agent advised me to blacklist the phone and report to the police station get an avvidavit or the police statement then take to any Markham store to claim. which i did on the 17/03/2013 went back a week later to find out at the store the gentleman the store said theres still no response from the insurance said he will call them. he phoned a day later said that they have given me a phone so they wont give me another on i told him that was my first claim the when i called i was adviced i have 3 claims thefore i am left with 2, he then called again todsay the 12/04/2013 to ask me the question he was asked by the insurance on how i lost my phone that is stated on the police statement, i fail to understand why is it taking so long same as the first claim i had to phone and fight with them before i could get any response. they are waisting my time as i need that phone i even bought another to use while waiting for Response from the insurance.
