Cancellation of bookings

I cancelled a booking i made on the 30 September 2013, they told me that i will only get my money back within 6 weeks, i did a follow up on 15 October 2013 they told me they where still busy they will call me back but didnt get the call, on Monday the 18th call them back and they still told me they will call me back i waited for there call still nothing, i call them again on the 25November they told me the same thing that they arw still waiting for the Head office to pay. i call them again on the 29 November but still the same story. I was suppose to use that money by the 03 December 2013 but still i dont have my money back its been over 2 months now not 6 weeks the were talking about. i talked to Rose and Cherise but nothing is happening
