Poor service

I had an accident on the 7th of June and reported it the same day. Miway arranged for my car to be towed in to the panelbeaters after 1 week with no response i had to call them and still no response Warren was suppose to call me after another week still no response i had to call them and hear from this one to the next to the next my car is written off and that they dont trust the quote received even though they arranged for my car to be towed to this specific panelbeater..Today 17 days later they still tell me they need to call the police to see if the accident has been reported and get a report from the police to say if i was driving under the influence even though the police wasnt even on the scene shouldnt that have been confirmed after the accident. nothing happens quickly and they dont call you back or give you any feedback everytime the answer is we are still busy assessing your claim this is unexceptable. I am now without my car for 3 weeks and no repaires has even started on my car...
