Rude and Arrogant Debt Collectors

I received a call from Duduzile who called from ShapiroShaikDefries&Assoc regarding my account being in areas I was horrified by her arrogant, disgusting behavior towards me. She screamed at me to pay my account refused to listen to me treated me like I didn't understand never gave me a chance to speak also refused to give me a referrence for the call until she rudely (Hung Up) on me while I was trying to talk to her. Is that the way ShapiroShaikDefries works as a company? Its a terrible reflection of a company keeping such an ill mannered agent to do a job she cannot do although I might be in arrears on my account it does not give ShapiroShaikDefriesAssoc debt collectors any right to speak to me in that manner I'm still a human being. I know the repercustions of being rude to a cilent especially woking in a call center Duduzile should be dealt with in a serious manner as she put the company to shame and represents "ShapiroShaikDefriesAssoc" and not herself.By keeping agents like that shows a true reflection of " ShapiroShaikDefriesAssoc".
