This morning at 08:50 am i received a call from a female agent from Homechoice. I kindly asked her to please call me back as i was at work and not able to speak at that time. Her response was: " Why do you answer your phone if you at work? " in an abrupt way. I let it go and responded by asking her what her name was, at that point the agent was disturbingly rude telling me she doesnt have to give me her name and that she has no name. She basically refused to give me her name as she knew that she was treating her customer with utter disrespect. The way agents treat potential clients is disgusting and raises questions as to what the values of that company is and how much they value their customers. I recently received a lovely catalogue from Homechoice and was excited to make my very first purchase from them, but after the way i got treated this morning, i will definately not be making any purchases.
