Strangers accounts debiting from my bank account

A few months ago I noticed 2 debit orders debiting from my Absa account, Absa confirrmed debits by African Bank. Phoned African Bank with Ref nr from bank statements they confirmed accounts belong to someone else and asked for statement sent statements never recieved feedback called several times since everytime I have to send statements each time no respone. Went into Upington AB branch wmen could not help said I should go home come back when her manager is back I begged for help she let me use her phone to call head office spoke to Shamir Naran (his spelling) faxed statements again from 01/09/20011 - 25/03/2013 to him. Went back today woman at branch said she doesent know anyting and wont because she did not call them but only made note tried to show me but no notes said she could not open query as her computer gives erro message when she tries. I called head office again no Shamir Naran works there no one knows him spoke to someone else said he can help if i send statements which i have sent many times over many months. tried to speak to supervisor or manager put o hold for very very long time then was told no supervisor at their desks. debit orders amounnt to more than R1000.00
