Wrong Statements, passing the buck

I have three accounts with African Bank, On the 1st of February I phoned Furniture City in Park Meadows regarding my accounts payments and spoke to a lady named Sisima who kindly assisted me and gave me their banking details and I did a payment via EFT and faxed her my proof of payment and emailed them as well. To my surprise I get email statements from African Bank which were wrong and got a call from several people from African bank telling me I'm in arrears. I went to AFRICAN bank in Eastgate and told by Sandra, Tervin that they will assist and resolve the query, only to find that nothing has been done still today and they just sit back and relax and are so good at passing the buck and not resolving my query at all.? I HAVE WASTED MY OWN MONEY PHONING AND FAXING BUT NOTHING HAS BEEEN DONE. Can someone please do their job properly here because I'm tired of AFRICAN BANK phoning me and telling me one thing and expecting me to listen to them when they can't do a simple procedure of allocating the right payment to the right account.
