Bridge of contract and adding more interests

I'm very with the way African bank and their billing department are doing things. Firstly the past two Dec they have been sending dr orders to my account whenever they want, even though you made an arrangements. I took a credit card of R4000.00 on the 12/12/2012 and as per the contract it says the amount that I'm going to pay in full is R5956.13 for about 20 months depending on how I use it, cause it's a revolving credit. I stopped using it in March 13 and the interests that have added so far are crazy. Last Friday I called the customer service spoke to Rumone Norman and asked him to send me the statements as I was not getting them. I didn't agree with want saw on the statement so I called back to query it and Sosia Mosebi didn't understand it either cz the statement that I had was different from the one she had. So I requested the one she had and in a period of 20min I received two different statements. I've made 9 payments so far of R300 which R2700 all in all. And looking at the balance I had in April and now it doesn't make sense after all the payments I made. So if I paid interest of about R1, 5 in 9 months, how much will I pay for the next 11 months?
