Consultant confirmed that my first debit order will come off on the 25 April 2013, giving me time to think about taking policy out with them. Only to find out that when I wanted to cancel the policy the first payment had already been deducted on the 25 th March 2013? And when trying to explain to the Cancellation consultant the situation she made it out to be my fault!
