DEBIT ORDER GOING OFF WHEN POLICY CANCELLED

Phoned Miway 4 times last week (last week in March 2013), to cancel my policy FINALLY on the forth time I insisted a policy cancellation document and now on the 3 April 2013 I wake up and a debit order of /- R1300.00 gets debited from my account. THIS IS!! I am not happy with this at all.
