I am utterly disgusted in the lack of response Std Bank Ins Ltd has given me in response to a claim i lodged last week Wednesday for my Pool Pump.
I logged the call and was advised by the agent to get a report and quote for the pool pump that permanently trips the electricity at home. I called the nearest Pool shop, who forwarded the report and quote to me which i emailed to Standard Bank early Friday morning. Within half an hour two people read the email from Std Bank (i got read receipt email), but when i conatcted them on Friday afternoon i was told by the agent that the claim has not been "uploaded yet".
The agent promised to follow up and get back to me Monday morning. I called again Monday just before lunch time and was given the same explantion but someone will phone me back soon. Around 15h00 i called again and an agent by the name of Jonathan requested i send the email directly to him. He will forward it to his Management.By 17h00 i called again and was advised that the request was forwarded to another Pool place for assesment. Surely they could have given me this detail last week to contact this company for a report. My pool has now turned green and still no response.
