Poor service from Stardbank Insurance Limited

On the 4th November 2013 I submitted a claim for a pool pump that was hit by lightening. I was asked to look for a service provider that would submit a report and a quote, which I did. on the 14 Nover 2013 I submitted a report and a quote from Swim Line Pool and Spa.
The claim number that I was given is 13/075790
Since then I have been calling the call centre and everytime I am told that they are still working on it. Its now 83 days since the day I submitted the quote and nothing has happened.
The pool has lost half of its water capacity (50%) since then and will cost me in the region of R800 to fill it up.
My kids were without a pool the entire festive season.
I am still waiting for the Standard Bank Insurance to approve the claim, and if they reject it to atleast inform.
Can anyone help as i have been calling them for the last 2 and a half month.
