No follow up service, bad tempered, rude owner!

I had a pool pump/filter installed by the above ill tempered individual when I was building my house. Out of all the sub contractors he was the only one who upped his price and did not honor the original quote. He was rude and direspectful to his workers, all people of color, and barely lifted a hand to accomplish anything himself. He broke the electrical box for the pool pump and then tried to blame it on the electrical contractor.
I noticed last week (April 2013) that the pool filter was leaking and called him. First he "couldn't hear" me, then he could not remember who I was. When he acknowledged who I was, he said he would be at my property on Friday. He never arrived. When I called him Monday morning, he played the same game again, then told me to call the supplier to get it fixed. He then slammed the phone down. I called the supplier who told me that he being the one who installed the filter and pump had to do a site visit before they would take action. The supplier called Mr. Reedworth directly and he refused on the basis of "who was going to pay him". The supplier fixed the problem! Mr Reedworth is nasty, unreliable & chasing the last cent!! Run like the Wind!!
