Totally Disgusted in Std Bank Service

I changed banks about 6 weeks ago because stupid me thought that Std Bank is a "good" bank. Anyway from day one I've been experiencing problems. First my limit on my debit card is R2000 and that I only find out when I stand at a shop and my card got declined, which is ridiculous because a debit card in my eyes should be anything from 0 to what ever funds I have in my account. Then I tried to changed my cellphone number for internet banking, which you have to go to a branch, I was at the branch twice and hence to say, IT'S STILL NOT CHANGED!!! Then a duplicate transaction went through in December, I've logged a call with the Customer Call Centre and was told that it takes 10-12 working days for the reversal, it's now 15 working days, NO reversal. Stupid me for trusting the staff at the call centre I didn't take down the reference number, after phoning again yesterday to find out what's happening I was told that the monies should've been reversed already and someone will phone me, NO ONE has phoned me, and when I phone today, I find out that the "call" was never logged and there is no history on the system of me quering the duplicate transaction. I've now had it with Std Bank!
