NO solution, only excuses

Almost a week ago I requested for a settlement amount for my debt from FNB, ABSA and Standard bank. FNB sorted my problem out in 3 hrs. ABSA and STANDARD bank has done absolutely nothing to solve my query. All I have received up to today from ABSA is a yawning agent calling me saying she is busy with my problem. Really? It has taken you a week to do nothing and give me no answers. I want a manager to call me. Maybe I will get something done then? You have had 6 days. I DO NOT WANT EXCUSES AND PROMISES. I WANT THIS SORTED OUT BY COB TODAY. I work for a big telecommunications company and if we gave the service you are giving we would all be fired. Our customers came first no matter what. Absa on the other hand dont give a. SORT THIS OUT.
