First National Bank
FNB STAFF DELETE MAILS WITHOUT RESPONDING TO THEM!

So I am emailing the call centre or whom I think is the call centre on spenddocs@fnb, co.za and my mails are being deleted without being read - and they send delete notifications.

I thought this could be an error so I resent my mail - only to have it deleted again.
I then sent another 2 emails with the same response.

If this is the way that FNB operates they CLEARLY dont need any business from anyone!!!
