Refusal of closure of account

I paid my balance and email RCS a letter of closure to close my rcs acc no 0518020000457873369 and send the email in Feb already. They responded they will close it in March but it is still not closed. Instead the keep on charging and charging me. I am so frustrated send 3 emails already an my acc is still not closed!
