Nobody knows!!!

I receive an sms stating "please collect your fnb credit card or your card will be cancelled. Call 0113692800". I have now called 3 times, not one option enables me to query this, I eventually get through to someone who tells me they don't have any Mweb, then when I call again and get through again 20 min later I am told they don't know. Nobody can tell me what card this is I must collect and where I must collect it, what the is going on and you look after my money!!! Scary stuff!!!
