Still receiving spam in spite of closed accounts

After receiving nothing but appaling treatment from Absa I closed all accounts with the bank a full year ago.
In spite of this I am STILL receiving spam emails and SMSes from Absa. I never opted into any of this, and to the best of my knowledge, this is now unlawful.
I refuse to phone their call centre as i am no longer even a client.
