FNB Phoenix supplies their customers with false info and. From consultant to Manager they to cover up their mistakes. Pathetic horrible service. Hate the fact that I even walked into that branch. Such an inconvenience caused.

I can only wonder what is FNB's policy towards customer service and walk in experience.
