False advertisement

With regards to my previous complaint. Even though we managed to reach a conclusion and I got an alternative laptop with a discount (only R500), I am still not happy with being misled by game. Thus being in dire need of a laptop I had to settle for another model, which was not the one advertised. In actual fact I feel Game should have done more to make sure I get what they advertised because false-advertising is a serious offence. Some shops even give one their full purchase for free if they encounter such an inconvenience, because the laptop that they actually advertised is way above the one that I settled for because of need.
This is a serious matter and all I need as a customer is that I get proper compensation for this mishap they have caused me, because I have to tell the truth, I had my eyes on the HP-Envy-M6 that they had on their website (even though now they have taken down the picture), and I still feel robed out of it somehow having had to settle for a lower range laptop.
Thus, I know I sound all whining and everything, but I also feel it is high time stores took proper responsibility and measures to rectify their mistakes and compensate customers properly.
