I have expressed my concerns on Hello Peter and received a response from FNB, telling me how sorry they are for the inconvenience they caused. FNB Care also send me a request for further information, which I supplied again and directed them to the concerned FNB personnel handling my case. I have also contacted my Branch manager to express my disappointment, inconvenience and financial loss.
It is now 11 days later and I have not heard from anybody at FNB.
This is a great contradiction of "How can we help you" attitude. Looks like false advertising.
Again, I would like to tell future and existing clients of FNB that your funds are not secure with FNB, because they do not really care about customers.
