FALSE INFORMATION

Hi my name is nastassja james and I'm writing a complaint on behalf of my brother Al-Jarreau James who is a member of legalwise policy number 12192237. last year he was approached by one of their reps to take a policy as it will cover him for R 100 000 and that they will be able to fight for custody of his child if anything has to happen. so towards of the end of the year he wanted to use it but was told he does not qualify as he is on the gold plus option and needs to be on the platinum for them to help him. This is absolutely absurd as at the time when he applied for the policy 'PLATINUM' was not there and back then 'GOLDPLUS' had everything and now he is being told different stories who is telling the truth and who is lieing? it makes no sense as he needs to go to court now and has been paying legal wise under "false information", and now he cant even use their services, so he would either like a refund of monies that he was paying from start of policy or they will fight his case for him as it was not his fault for being given false information. if anything is not done then we will take this matter further to the OMBUDSMAN.
