Poor client service!!!

My husband and I applied for a second bond on our home loan.
We had problems to do my conformation of work because the company do not do conformation of employee over the phone without a signed conformation letter, the homeloan centre refuse to assist me and just sent me from 1 person to another without assistance. I went to the kathu Standerd Bank branch for assistance and the manager told me that she cant see me. I called the client serivce dept of Standerd Bank and are still waiting for feedback up to today... 2weeks have passed and have the reference number at work... I am very dissapointed, They don't serve client, sad...
