Do you want me as a client??? I sent a request for a quote from your website for PAYD a while ago. And then on the 19th requested for someone to phone me... STILL WAITING. Reckon you'd not respond to a claim AT ALL, if you can't respond to a new and prosepective customer... looking elsewhere now!
