Quite Impressed

I'm writing to complement the service i always receive specifically at this branch. I was in the branch yesterday (22/03/2013). Firstly i have never seen a bank that has all their desks & PC full of consultants (customer service area), and only one consultant going on lunch. Came into the branch to put a notice on my 32-day account, I was in and out of the bank in no time. Mind you it was lunch time and quite a few people in front of me, but was assisted in a quick manner.

I was so impressed. Keep up the good work :)!!!
