No after sales service out off all companies

We bought a property in the region of Aug / Sep 2012. When you start this proces every one in more than willing to assist. We bought this prop through Cle properties, we were informed that they prefer working with Ooba bond orgiginators. They managed to get our bond approved with Standerd bank. We had a problem at the time I had a judgement againt my name that affected our credit record, I managed to get an court order for this to be removed againts my name. Standerd bank granted the bond with a RISK RATE on our bond. The day when we signed the contract they explained to us that after 6 months we can re negotiate our contract. That time is know, but with no luck. I contacted Ooba and i was told to contact Standerd bank dircect. I was at northmead brach Benoni, were I was told to phone the call centre. I explained all this for a second time still with no luck and not evan a respond on this second attempt. Please help me to get to the right persons. I HAVE REF NO FOR MY CALLS AND PROOF OF EMAILS
