Consistent terrible service

Im writing to hello peter cause im sick at the service provided by nedbank. Every month my debit goes off on the incorrect date which marrs my account, every agent I have spoken to promises to solve it but every month Nedbank randomly debits my account, I regret the day I ever partnered with them. Im shocked at the service, utterly disappointed and disgusted. I hope this will be fixed before I take further action
