Third Request Regarding Multi Data

Dear Nedbank,

This will be my third complaint regarding the mysterious Multi Data debits against my account.
Up to date no person from Nedbank can tell me who Multi Data is and why they are able to debit my
bank account?

By now i have lost all hope in Nedbank. How difficult can it be to trace and find out who Multi Data is?
Please Nedbank Help me this time...
