False promises

Good day

i logged a query with FNB on the 26-02-2013, on the very same day Cleo Ndalasi from FNB responded and mentioned that my query has been escalated and I will be contacted.
I'm not sure if this is copy and paste or automated response because I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM.

Can someone please get back to me, like i mentioned on the previous complaint, I have 3 minors that need bread on the table.
I'm grieving the loss and my husband and also fighting for what's rightfully my children's.

Please try and be sensitive FNB.
