Terrible customer service

Money was transferred out of my account and the description only said Branch Trf.
I then phoned FNB general enquiries and the lady in the call centre was not very helpful and transferred me to another guy that was even worse and the call was dropped before I could even finish my story. I phoned general enquiries again and the friendly lady helped me by saying that Westagte transferred the money. I then phoned Westgate and Kirsten answered my call and hearing my story just transferred me to a number that said it was closed and I should call during business hours. After phoning Westgate 5 times again with no answer from the branch on a Sat at 11:30am, Kirsten (again) finally answered my call and said that they are not allowed to help me without me standing in front of them?!
Really???
My hard earned money is taken out of MY account without MY authorisation and YOU can not or will not help me?

I've had this account for the past 31 years and I am disgusted!!!

I AM TAKING MY MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE THEY WILL HELP ME!!!
