Card Division is so pathetic

I transferred money from my cheque account to my savings account and then tried to pay my bills when I discovered that I had no money.
I eventually phoned my bank to ask them where the did my money go when I was told oh it went into my Discovery Credit Card. And I was shocked because I had closed this credit card in 2008. And now its linked to my bank account... How the?
I phoned Discovery, if you can actually get through to someone without being cut off. So I eventually get through to a person and they decided it was time to play tag, and I was transferred from pillar to post.
I spoke to a lovely lady called Jennifer who assisted me and was extremely helpful.
But it went all downhill from there. I was told that I need to speak to legal to have the money reversed and they would transfer me - choose option 3... pooop poooop pooop pooop.
That happened about 10 times, I kid you not. I even went into my bank and asked for assistance there.
The Floor Manager phoned for me and tried to explain to the consultants what the problem was.
She phoned about 10 times. And both her and I were utterly disgusted at the incompetence, just taking my email address down took about 2 full min
