No one to offer advise - so many incorrect numbers

I have been trying to get hold of someone to advise me on the best way to pay off some of my debts including my overdraft. I first phoned the cheque account number - was put through to another number - which was sales - who transferred me to another number - which was incorrect - who transferred me again - which was also incorrect - and still I have had no assistance and nobody can give me the CORRECT number to phone. I have phoned more than ten numbers including general enquiries who cannot advise me. This has been going on for about an hour now! There are plenty of sales agents available to assist. I have now been told that I cannot be helped and I must go into a branch to discuss this further. I am so disappointed with FNB and their lack of service for their current customers which I have been for over ten years now.
