Easyloan FNB advertisement not true

I applied for an Easyplan loan which they promise on the advertisement to be paid in 10 mins. When I got there to apply, I had to explain every expenditure on my bank statement, even money I transferred between my accounts. Then it was approved, but it is now a day later and I haven't heard a word. When I phoned the call centre they do not have the branch's number and it turns out my details was captured incorrectly. There is no one that phoned me back to tell me what is going on, so now I have to drive all the way from Fourways to Westgate to sort the problem out myself. I have been a customer with FNB for more than 5 years and now they have a problem with my surname (I was married, but now divorced). No one can help me. I have to go through the inconvenient process again.

Do not believe what FNB says on their advertisements, there is no opening an account over the phone, you still have to go in to the branch to give them your documents. And the Easy loan is NOT paid into your bank within 10 mins. It is not an easy process. Even if it was approved.
