Sooooo frustrated with the worst service ever!!!

When opening an account I was advised to switch my own debit orders since FNB can take 2-3 months to do it for me and I couldn't keep my other account open for that period. In April I applied for a smart device. After a month of nothing happening and I had to try 4-5 times phoning the call centre and being passed from the one to the other and having to explain all my details and the whole story over and over again, I finally heard I had to still fill in debit order switching forms to finish my smart device application, (although they can see on my bank account statement my debit orders coming off). They said they would e-mail it to me which of course never happened. And every single time again when you phone the call centre to hear what is going on you have to tell the WHOLE story 3 times because they keep transferring you from the one to the other. Then 2 week ago I got to Babalwa Mondleka who was the first person ever who gave me good service at FNB. She e-mailed the necessary forms. Finally today, again 2 weeks on after not hearing anything thing from FNB, I phoned again to hear what happened after I send the forms in. AGAIN I was transferred 2 to finally be dropped from the call
