FNB No Feedback after calling and visiting branch

I called FNB Customer help line on the 7 July 2013 to find out about how I go about getting a refund on money that wasn't supposed to be deducted out of my account for airtime. I got transferred to 6/7 people before anyone would even listen to my story with them saying "it's not my department, call this number if you get cut off". When I eventually got to explain my full story I was told that they cannot refund my money at all, when I asked them to escalate it the lady put me on hold for over 10 minutes before coming back to me and saying that she has escalated the matter and someone would call me earliest 3 working days. When I asked for a reference number the lady on the line didn't sound all to excited to give me this information and just spat it out at a speed that I couldn't write it down, she then repeated it after I asked her to so I could. I then went into the Eastgate FNB branch and spoke with Elize who said she would get back to me and would escalate the matter also. I've had to call in 3 times to be told that she has not got an answer and will call me back. I'm still WAITING for some feedback from FNB!!! Disgusted that the service is this terrible!!!
