Faulty Balckberry Z10 and now strugling with FNB

I received the Blackberry Z10 on 19 March from FNB. After struggling to get it working properly and having to wipe the device i went to Cell C as advised by an FNB consultant. Cell C was unable to assist. I then went to my Service Provider, MTN as advised by the courier service, and they advised me that the device is faulty and should be returned to the supplier. I have also called the call centre today 23 March for assistance and was transferred more than 8 times from one place to another as nobody could assist me and nobody wanted to transfer me to the complaints department. Every time i explain the number for smart devices as given by all the consultants, do not work the more they transfer me. This is unacceptable and very poor service! I want the phone to be collected and repaired or alternatively issue me with a new phone as i am not willing to pay for something that does not work.
