I just had the privilege of a call from Kgomotso, from your sales department. He asked if hev could have a few moments of my time, and I said sure, as long as it was regarding my existing policy, and not to sell me something. He assured me it was.

He then began a diatribe of how A&G would like to reward and thank me for my loyalty, as you have held my vehicle insurance since January 2009, and I have never missed a payment. "WOW", I'm thinking, this IS a first...

Then, sadly, it all fell apart. My "reward", is qualifying for life insurance, at a cost between R40-80 a month... Wow, aren't I lucky...

You want to reward loyalty, A&G... Offer realistic premiums, mine has increased 10% year on year, whilst my vehicle value depreciated. You want to offer value, offer a no claim bonus as many of your competitors do... You want respect, have honest people with honest intentions do your cold-calling..

You want to keep my business, have a consultant contact me, and re-evaluate my insurance, and offer me a reduced rate based on my vehicle value, thats how you show loyalty...

I eagerly await your response, as I'm sure your competitors do my business, should it not happen..
