1. I suffered a burglary at the end of July 2012, to which the Budget team responded by first stalling, and then repudiating my claim.
2. I challenged successfully given the BREACH OF CONTRACT by BUDGET inherent in the repudiation of my claim.
3. Budget then changed tack and settled less than 10% at the end of November, but once again the adjudication was, in my view, a transparent attempt at limiting the settlement.
4. I have since learnt about the very poor reputation Auto & General, Budget Insurance, Telesure and other related entities in the group has, even by insurance industry standards.
5. A second dispute was lodged on 19 Feb-13, but remains unresolved. It is now almost 8 months since the original incident occurred.

I urge current and prospective customers to carefully consider their positions and weigh the real possibility that the cover they believe they enjoy could be inferior:

1. There is evidence of the company acting in bad faith and not complying with policy contract terms.
2. There is evidence of stalling.
3. The behaviour of claim adjudicators appear to be that of employees heavily incentivised to limit settlement. Industry experts agree.
